You retain ownership of all photos, videos, comments, and other content you post.
By uploading content, you grant Whenin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app and in related promotional materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
It is strictly forbidden to upload illegal, violent, hateful, or sexually explicit material.---3. Intellectual Property
The Whenin name, logo, app design, and overall look and feel are the exclusive property of Whenin and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.---4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and helpful information.
However, Whenin is not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages resulting from visits to places suggested by users.
Use the app at your own discretion and risk.---5. Account Suspension or Termination

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.---8. Account and Data DeletionUsers can delete their Whenin account directly inside the app.To delete your account:Open the Whenin app.
Go to your Profile.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.When you delete your account, Whenin deletes or anonymizes the personal data associated with your account, including your profile information, authentication data, user-generated content, posts, comments, saved content, messages, and related app data, where technically possible.Some limited data may be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or technical backup purposes.If you cannot access the app or need help deleting your account or associated data, you can request deletion by contacting us at:
